• Futon, table, and shelf. Sometimes other furnature items
• AC/Heat in every room, wireless internet (lan internet available for around 1000 yen per month)

• Free Showers, free Newspapers, common room, skyperfect T.V.

• English, Japanese (but many tenants speak a huge variety of languages)

• 20 min to Shibuya (FROM TAMA PLAZA STATION), 25 min to Yokohama (FROM AZAMINO STATION), Direct bus to Narita airport (FROM TAMA PLAZA STATION), no curfew (but the neighbours will complain if you are noisy)
