Hanata Guest House "We provide friendly and affordable, long and short term accommodations designed to meet the needs of both foreign visitors and residents of Japan. Our guests come from every continent, comprising foreign language teachers, Japanese language students, martial arts enthusiasts, business people, and tourists. Located in Koshigaya, Saitama, about 40 minutes from Tokyo's Ueno station by subway, you can experience life in the "country" while working in the city." Our guests have their choice of private or shared rooms. Each room is equipped with a private western style "unit bath", air-con/heater and international phone. Bunk beds are available for shared rooms. Guest facilities include a community room/kitchen, coin-op laundry machines and fax service. The community room features cable and satellite bi-lingual TV. Within a short walk of the guest house are convenience stores, super markets, home supply stores, restaurants, and even a Japanese garden, wild bird park, Noh theater and a Shinto shrine. I have stayed at Hanata house maybe nine years ago, but this time i am planning a month stay and a friend (JORDI GALLARDO from spain) might be joining me as well and in addition papasan Ed Martin just confirmed.
