I stayed at U&I for about a year a long time ago. The best guest house I 'd seen at the time and very affordable, too. Great value for money. It makes up for the time you need to get to downtown Tokyo - about an hour or so.

U & I is a pretty good guesthouse. The only thing is the location being both a walk to either train station and an hour into central Tokyo.

This is a good place for someone looking for a job and not commuting into town every day. You won't beat this price and quality in guest houses that I know of.
