What is included in the room fee?

  • Utilities (cold water, hot water, electricity, and gas)
  • Unlimited internet access from each room
What is NOT included in the room fee?
  • 20,000 yen refundable deposit for all staying a month or longer
  • Bedding (it can be rented for 3,000 yen a month or 100 yen a night)
  • Coin-operated AC/heater in each room (100 yen for two hours)

  • A comfortable TV lounge & fast computer for internet access
  • Clean and spacious separate men’s and women’s restrooms
