What are the showers like in a Gaijin House?

I have seen 3 different shower set ups.

1) Normal shower you would find in any house. This type is usually found in a small guest house.

2) Normal shower you would find in any house but coin operated! This is very rare! But then again I did see it each resident was given a 100 yen coin to use in the shower which was returned each day. 100 yen was for 10 min if you wanted more you had to pay more.

3) Multiple showers dived for male and female. These are found in the larger guest houses. There are two different shower rooms one for men and one for women. In the shower room each shower is in its own stall so it is private.
