Hello, there are 2 private rooms for rent in a newly refurbished 6 bedroom apartment. There are 4 of us who have just moved in (3 Japanese, 1 American... 3 guys, 1 girl)… we are all in our mid 20’s and working, we are all pretty laid back and mellow, but also enjoy a bit of banter.

Location: Ogikubo（荻窪）in Tokyo on the Chuo and Marunouchi lines, less than 15 minutes west of Shinjuku（新宿）. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the station, and is located near loads of shops, including a Seiyu, 100 yen shop, a nice fresh veggies shop and bakery (right next door). And if you are into it... there a 2 story bouldering gym 5 minutes walk away... sweet!

Price: 58,000 yen for about a 4.5 tatami sized room; 60,000 yen for about a 5.5 tatami sized room and has storage space (shelf and cabinet thing). There is a deposit equal to first month's rent, but no 'key' money required. Bills are split equally.
