Very cool art concept house... in nice Japanese neighborhood. In loft rooms you may create your own personalized living space. Currently there are 5 Japanese living here (3 girls, 2 guys... a florist, pharmacist, real estate, secretary, web designer)... so would be a great place to practice Japanese. =)

There are 3 private rooms available ... European style room and yard(70.000 yen/mo); European style room and patio(55,000yen/mon)Japanese style room(58.000 yen/mo) ... there is no 'key' money, but additional fees are fire insurance, guaranteer required... only a 1 month's rent (refundable) deposit, maintenance fee (8,000yen/mo) ,and utilities are split equally among residents.

Flat includes zen garden, large kitchen, wireless internet, and washing machine.

House is 7 minutes (2 stations) to Jiyuugaoka (huge alternative/trendy area), and 16 minutes to Shibuya. There are currently 2 Japanese girls living here. Lots of great Shoutengai (shopping streets) within walking and biking distance. The nearest station is Oyamadai (9 minute walk) on the Oimachi line.
