Hello My name is brian Meissner and I am looking to stay at your place from 2009 July 11 - 2009August 15th. I will be flying into Tokyo Airport on the 11th of July. I am very clean because I am in the US military and I plan to pay my whole fee before July 11th. How much do the private rooms cost for a month? Do I need to pay utilities along with rent or are utilities included in rent?

To ask this question another way, how much do I need to pay out of pocket when I get there to stay there for the durration of my time I want to stay there and use things such as the shower? Please educate me about your facility. It looks pleasent from the pictures =). Thank you very Much
